Our team recently completed a hospital curtain installation project at Hua Chiew Hospital in Bangkok. The goal was to enhance patient privacy and comfort while ensuring the space remains functional and easy to maintain. The selected curtains are antimicrobial and flame-retardant, ideal for the hospital environment.

Each room was equipped with a ceiling-mounted curtain track to hold and operate these privacy curtains that seamlessly blend with the modern interior. The installation process was carefully carried out with minimal disruption to hospital operations. This project reflects our commitment to delivering quality healthcare design solutions that prioritize both safety and aesthetics.

We are honored to be the curtain designer for the Michelin-starred Aesops Greek Restaurant in Bangkok. Our superb Swags and Tails Curtains, in rich dark green velvet, enhance the restaurant's window dressing. These curtains seamlessly blend contemporary and traditional elegance, elevating the dining space's aesthetic appeal.

This isn't just any Greek restaurant; it has been recognized by the Michelin Guide of Bangkok for three consecutive years for its unique cuisine and ancient Greek-inspired interior. Everything here aligns with the story of "Aesop," the inspiration behind the restaurant. Our curtains were designed to match this distinctive style. We meticulously approached the design, ensuring that every detail, from creation to installation, complemented the restaurant's unique character. These curtains are more than just window dressings; they're a statement in style.

After successfully completing the first contract, we were commissioned to create another set of decorative curtains for a different part of the restaurant, further enhancing its beautiful interior.

Cher Decor's interior design and curtain installation team was honored to design and install curtains and roller shades (roller blinds) for the popular Simon Says Shabu restaurant. The restaurant has four branches in Bangkok and is popular among youth and families.

As you may know, restaurant interior design falls under the commercial design category; as with other commercial interior design projects, the main goal was to create visually attractive spaces that meet the business's and its customers' needs while prioritizing functionality and efficiency.

The interior design of this project lacked the most dominant color used in the Simon Says Shabu logo in some parts. Therefore, Cher Decor expert designers were inspired by the restaurant's red logo and used it as the color of our curtains. These red curved curtains also contrasted the gray seats in the restaurant's circular panorama lounge. (Feel free to check out our blog article on the color psychology of red and the meaning of gray in the interior.)

In the other part of the restaurant, with flat expansive windows that didn't get much sunshine during the daytime, we installed black-colored roller shades to protect the customers and furniture from UV rays and add a little privacy for customers while enjoying their meals. This approach effectively protects against the sun's rays and ensures the seats remain in good condition. These black-colored roller shades also added modernity to the restaurant's interior design and contrasted well with red-colored seats. 

In the end, despite the challenges posed by some of the curved windows, which required us to bend the curtain rails, our experienced team delivered an excellent final product. We worked closely with the restaurant's owner to ensure that every detail was thoroughly discussed and addressed.
