Condo Wall Repair & Painting Project – Manhattan Chidlom
Our team at Cher Decor recently completed a painting and repair project at Manhattan Chidlom in Bangkok. The walls had small cracks (about 1–2 mm wide), and we followed a step-by-step process to restore them.
What We Did at This Painting Project:
- Cleaned the wall surface to remove dust
- Removed old paint and sanded the area
- Applied cement primer before filling the cracks
- Used a skim coat to fill cracks in 2 layers
- Let it dry for 4–6 hours
- Sanded the surface for smoothness
- Applied primer again
- Finished with a fresh coat of paint
The Result of this Painting Project:
The walls now look completely new—smooth, clean, and ready to enjoy. It was a small project, but the results made a big difference in the room's appearance.
