On this project, we had the privilege of designing and installing curtains for Mobella, a large home furnishing and furniture store situated on Ekamai-Sukhumvit Road which are specialized in crafted furniture for domestic Thai and international market.
As part of our involvement in this project, we were tasked with enhancing the showroom space by creating and installing curtains for the store’s large and specious windows.
Simultaneously, we took measures to protect the displayed items from sun exposure. To accomplish this, we installed sheer curtains on the front side of the store. This decision was based on the fact that this area receives limited daylight, which enabled us to make the most of the available light for product showcasing and creating an enhanced atmosphere within the space.
Additionally, the installation of sheer curtains on the front side of the store allowed for a clear view of the displayed furniture items from the outside as people passed by the showroom.
In circumstances where furniture protection from intense sunlight is a priority, it is advisable to opt for high-quality light-blocking pleated curtains. This was precisely our approach when addressing the window treatment on the other side of the store. Our goal was to shield the showroom's furniture from harsh sunlight while also creating a distinct interior scheme for this specific area.
In conclusion, our involvement in the project with Mobella allowed us to enhance their showroom space with carefully designed and installed curtains. We utilized gauze curtains to protect the displayed items from sun exposure while creating an inviting atmosphere. Additionally, we recommended high-quality light-blocking pleated curtains for areas with intense sunlight to prioritize furniture protection and establish a distinct interior scheme. Our contributions successfully optimized the overall aesthetic and functionality of Mobella's showroom.
