Flooring and Curtains Project at Ladawan Bangkok

Showcasing Our Carpet Flooring and Curtain Furnishing Project

This project took place in a mansion located on Ladawan Ratchaphruek-Pinklao, boasting over 155 square meters of space with numerous windows and flooring. Our task was to create tailor-made curtains for the windows and custom-made carpets for the floors. Starting with the flooring, our team not only designed and produced carpets according to the customer's desired pattern but also ensured the approval of our interior design team. The production and installation of these customized carpets usually require up to 45 days, during which our dedicated design, production, and installation teams meticulously work together to achieve the best interior design outcome. These carpets were specifically made for the staircase and most of the rooms in the house.

Simultaneously, while the carpets were being produced, we designed and manufactured curtains for each window. Once the flooring project was completed, we proceeded with the installation of the curtains. Given that sunlight constantly fills the house through the windows, protecting the furniture and exquisite carpets was of utmost importance to the customer. The customer requested white curtains capable of blocking 100% of the light, which presented a challenge as white fabrics typically provide only 50-60% light protection due to their light-colored yarn. However, we successfully addressed this issue by combining blackout fabric with white velvet fabric from the luxury brand Acacia and incorporating sheer textured fabric from the VC brand. This innovative solution resulted in a curtain weighing 40 kg. To accommodate the heavy curtain design, we installed heavy-duty rods with easily maneuverable rails.

When selecting the curtains, we opted for a tan-colored pattern that complemented the carpets used on the flooring. In the high-ceiling stair hall, we exclusively utilized sheer curtains to allow filtered sunlight, enabling the household to enjoy the benefits of natural light. The cream color of these sheer curtains was chosen to harmonize with the carpet on the floor. Installing curtains in this particular area of the house proved to be time-consuming and required extra attention due to the limited space available for installing the curtain and its rails.

In conclusion, when reflecting on the final result of this project, I take great pride in our team and the outstanding work they have accomplished, fully meeting the needs and requirements of our valued customer (Testimonial). Undoubtedly, the flooring and curtains play a key role in the overall interior design, necessitating the expertise of professionals to craft a stunning living space that not only enhances the residents' daily experience but also adds significant value to their home.
